How does payment work?
50% deposit upfront to lock in your spot and start the build. The remaining 50% is due the day your site goes live. No surprises.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every plan includes revision rounds during the build. After launch, minor tweaks are often free — larger updates are covered by the Monthly Maintenance add-on.
Do I need to provide content?
Ideally yes — your business name, services, and a short about blurb helps a lot. If you're stuck, I can write placeholder copy and we'll refine it together.
How do I get my site live?
I handle everything — domain connection, hosting setup, and going live. You just need a domain (about $12/year) and I'll walk you through buying one if needed.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Start with Micro or Starter and upgrade to Business or Premium whenever you're ready. Your existing site is the foundation — we build on top of it.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
Your site comes down at the end of your billing cycle. If you want to keep it, you can buy it out starting at $299 and own it outright — no monthly fee going forward.
Does the monthly plan include maintenance?
Yes — hosting, minor updates, and support are all included in the $50/month. For one-time plan clients, maintenance is a $20/month add-on.
What do you need from me to start?
Business name, what you do, and any colors or sites you like. The chatbot on the homepage walks you through all of it in about 2 minutes.
